  • National sales representation including frequent contact both in-person, by phone and electronically with the addition of account monitoring.
  • Nationwide weekly retail store checks
  • Marketing services include product announcements and updates, regular e-blast advertising and optional advertising on the Chase Global Foods website and social media.
  • Access to vendor product samples and distribution of the Principal’s advertising/marketing materials.
  • Distribution of technical, informational materials such as COA’s, letters of guarantee, product specifications, nutritional breakdowns.
  • Over a 20 year partnership with a reputable, food label consulting expert. 
  • Assistance with product development and private labeling.
  • Listing protocols. We initiate the process, fill out the necessary documents and follow the protocols until the item(s) are listed.
  • New customer set-up including a welcome package, a partner’s presentation, credit applications and reference checks.
  • Distributor and customer training sessions as required.
  • Order processing. Customers transmit their orders directly via email, fax or phone to our office where they are processed through our system and forwarded onto the warehouse and/or Principal’s establishment for order fulfilment.
  • We have established partnerships with reliable, logistical chains specializing in cold storage and transportation solutions.
  • Order/transportation/complaint troubleshooting. Chase is the first line in exemplary customer service. We have ongoing positive relations with customers, suppliers, transportation companies, our warehouses and the CFIA
  • Where difficult circumstances exist, assistance with the vendor’s accounts receivable collection efforts in the form of email or phone contact.
  • Vendor price change notifications and price letters including, when necessary, distribution of market backup information outlining fluctuations to account for increases.
  • Trade show representation including assistance in arranging bookings, on-site sales representation, product application demonstration, set-up and tear down. Representation does not include any financial underwriting.
  • Quarterly sales reports and analysis including, as requested, forecasting.
